**Bối cảnh:** Một bệnh nhân (Patient) đến phòng khám để gặp bác sĩ (Doctor) vì bị ho kéo dài.

### Transcript

**Doctor:** Good morning. Please have a seat. What seems to be the problem today?

**Patient:** Good morning, Doctor. I've had a cough for about two weeks now. It started as a dry cough, but in the last few days, I've been coughing up some mucus. I also feel tired all the time.

**Doctor:** I see. Have you had a fever or any chest pain?

**Patient:** No fever, but I get a slight chest tightness when I cough hard. I've been taking some over-the-counter cough syrup, but it doesn't seem to help much.

**Doctor:** All right. Let me listen to your chest. Take a deep breath, please. And again. Okay, I can hear some congestion in your lower lungs. It's likely a respiratory infection. I don't think it's serious, but I'll prescribe an antibiotic and a stronger cough suppressant.

**Patient:** Will I need any tests?

**Doctor:** Not at this stage. But if the symptoms don't improve within five days, I'd like you to come back for a chest X-ray, just to be safe. For now, make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get enough rest. Avoid cold drinks and dusty environments.

**Patient:** Understood. How often should I take the medicine?

**Doctor:** The antibiotic is twice a day, after meals. The cough suppressant is three times a day as needed. I'll write the prescription now. You can pick it up at the pharmacy downstairs.
