### 4. Khi nào dùng Formal vs Informal trong VSTEP?

| Task | Văn phong | Ví dụ |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Writing Task 1** (Letter) | Formal hoặc Semi-formal | Formal: thư xin việc, khiếu nại. Semi-formal: thư cho đồng nghiệp. |
| **Writing Task 2** (Essay) | Formal | Luôn dùng formal: no contractions, no slang, academic vocabulary. |
