## Task 1: Email công việc Formal — Cấp độ B2

Ở cấp độ B2, Task 1 thường yêu cầu viết email công việc với **tình huống phức tạp hơn**: xin nghỉ phép, đề xuất ý tưởng, phản hồi khiếu nại hoặc báo cáo vấn đề. Bài viết cần thể hiện khả năng sử dụng **ngôn ngữ trang trọng, lịch sự** và **lập luận thuyết phục**.

After researching competitors, I have identified that **short video content** consistently generates 3-4 times more engagement than static images. ### 5. Lỗi thường gặp ở cấp B2

- **Quá informal:** Dùng "gonna", "wanna", viết tắt "don't" thay vì "do not" trong formal email.
- **Thiếu dẫn chứng:** Đề xuất mà không có số liệu hoặc lý do cụ thể.
- **Kết thư yếu:** Kết bằng "That's all" thay vì mẫu câu formal phù hợp.
- **Không chia đoạn:** Viết một khối dài, giảm điểm Coherence.
