Bài trả lời mẫu (~120 từ)

"I disagree with the statement that work-life balance is impossible, though I acknowledge it's become more challenging. Technology has indeed blurred the boundary between work and personal life. Many of my colleagues answer work messages on Zalo until 10 or 11 PM, which leaves little time for family or hobbies.

Economic pressures also make it harder. In Vietnam, rising living costs push people to work overtime or take second jobs, leaving minimal time for personal pursuits.

However, I believe balance is achievable with conscious effort. Setting clear boundaries — like not checking work emails after 7 PM — makes a significant difference. Companies also play a role by implementing policies such as flexible hours and remote work options. Some European countries have even introduced 'right to disconnect' laws, which I think is a step in the right direction."

Follow-up Questions + Gợi ý trả lời

Q1: What advice would you give to someone struggling with work-life balance?

"I'd suggest starting with small changes: set specific work hours and stick to them, learn to say no to unnecessary tasks, and prioritize activities that recharge you — whether it's exercise, reading, or spending time with family. It's also important to communicate your boundaries clearly to your boss and colleagues."

Q2: Do you think younger generations handle work-life balance differently?

"Yes, I notice that younger generations in Vietnam, especially Gen Z, tend to value work-life balance more than older generations. They're more willing to leave a job that demands excessive overtime, even if it pays well. I think this shift is healthy and will eventually push companies to create better working conditions."
