Receptionist: Good morning, Sunshine Travel Agency. How may I help you? Customer: Hi, I'd like to book a holiday package, please. I'm thinking about going somewhere warm in November. Receptionist: Sure! We have a special beach holiday package to Da Nang. It's four days and three nights at the Blue Wave Resort. Customer: That sounds nice. What's the price? Receptionist: It's 5.8 million dong per person for the standard room. The package includes flights, airport transfers, breakfast, and two city tours. Customer: Are there any extra costs I should know about? Receptionist: Just travel insurance, which is optional but recommended. About 350,000 dong per person. Customer: Alright. Could I get a discount if I book for two people? Receptionist: Yes! For two guests travelling together, we offer 10% off the total price. Customer: Perfect. I'll discuss it with my friend and call you back tomorrow. Receptionist: No problem. Have a great day!
